Terms & Conditions

Scheduling & Booking
All Reiki sessions must be booked and completed within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions expire after this period and are not eligible for extensions or refunds.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Clients are permitted one reschedule per session without penalty. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited.

Late Arrivals
Out of respect for all clients and scheduled appointments, sessions will end at the original scheduled time regardless of late arrival. The full session fee applies.

Refund Policy
All Reiki sessions are non-refundable once purchased. Sessions are transferable only with prior approval.

Scope of Practice
Reiki is a complementary healing modality intended to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare treatment. Clients are encouraged to continue any prescribed medical care and to consult appropriate healthcare providers as needed.

Client Responsibility
By booking a session, clients acknowledge responsibility for their own health and well-being. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.

Payment Methods
Payment is accepted through the available merchant platform using standard payment options. E-transfer is offered as an optional payment method.

Communication & Follow-Up
After purchase, clients will receive a follow-up email within 48 hours to arrange scheduling details and session preparation.
